TV remote Lovelace card (v1.4.0) extracted to its own HACS-compatible repo.

- src/tv-remote-card.js — readable source
- dist/tv-remote-card.js — minified bundle for HACS / Lovelace resource
- hacs.json — HACS plugin metadata (filename: tv-remote-card.js)
- README — install + full config schema
- package.json — esbuild build script

Card features: swipe pad with canvas glow + press-hold direction repeat,
app + TV-source launchers (split apps[] / sources[] schemas), webOS-aware
Power highlight via getPowerState polling, 5-step volume slider, Shield
text-entry overlay, ha-form visual config editor.
