A hook running inside a session needs to know which session it is and where the daemon lives, otherwise it cannot report anything back.

When the daemon spawns a session, export into its environment:

  • MAESTRO_SESSION_ID — the session's UUID.
  • MAESTRO_URL — the daemon's own base URL, derived from its configured bind address.

Both must be present for tmux-spawned sessions and survive a daemon restart the same way the rest of the session record does. A session adopted from a pre-existing tmux session will not have them; that is expected, and the hook in #106 no-ops when they are absent.

Independent of the rest of the milestone — it can land before or after the protocol work.
