Final Structured view milestone review found that attach WS, send_input, and resize do not gate on SessionView. Structured sessions have no tmux pane: attach succeeds with an empty replay and hangs, while input/resize surface generic tmux errors. Return a clear conflict/not-terminal response for PTY-only operations and add a VIEW column (or equivalent) to CLI session listing so operators can distinguish structured sessions. Add focused API/session/CLI tests.
