The web structured client preserves expansion during row patching but applySnapshot remounts every row collapsed. A transient WS reconnect therefore collapses an expanded tool/diff card mid-review, unlike the TUI. Preserve expanded row IDs across snapshots/reconnects, retaining only IDs still present, and add a reconnect regression test.
