The TUI spawn form gates Structured view using a basename text match, which rejects legitimate Claude launchers behind wrappers or aliases even though daemon dispatch uses resolved command semantics. Align the TUI gate with the repository command-resolution behavior used by dispatch/web, preserve stale-selection clearing, and add wrapper/path tests.
