Part of the multi-view web epic #37. Parallelisable with splits (#2) and tabs (#3).

Description

Make the focused pane unmistakable and map every open pane to its sidebar row.

Acceptance criteria

  • Focused pane: accent title bar + glow, full-strength body; unfocused panes dimmed/desaturated.
  • Sidebar two tiers: focused (loud) vs open-elsewhere (quiet), distinct at a glance.
  • Each open session gets a stable colour on both its pane and sidebar row, consistent for its lifetime.

Technical notes

  • Extend SidebarHandle (catalog.ts:284-292) beyond setActive(id) to take open-set, focused id, colour map.
  • CSS: prototype/proto.css (.is-open/.is-active tiers, focused bar, unfocused dimming). Colour: hash sessionId into an OKLCH palette from existing tokens (styles.css:8-96); tolerate collisions (PRD Q6).
