web/src/spawnForm.ts — /api/info resolving resets a preset the operator already picked.

The form renders FALLBACK_PRESETS and calls applyInitialCommand() immediately, then calls it a second time inside infoLoad.then(...). A tile clicked, or a custom command typed, during that round trip is discarded: with no seed, applyInitialCommand unconditionally re-selects the first non-custom preset.

Skip the second applyInitialCommand() once the operator has interacted with the command field.
