The TUI counterpart of #E7, over the same endpoint.

An overlay or view listing retained worktrees — branch, abbreviated path, reason, what is in the way — with a key to reclaim the highlighted one and a confirmation step, matching how KillConfirm already guards a destructive key.

Follow the web client's wording for the reason and the in-the-way summary so the two agree; a worktree described one way in one client and another way in the other is how the Spawn v2 clients drifted.
