maestro worktrees list prints what the daemon is holding: branch, path, reason, and what is in the way. maestro worktrees reclaim <id> removes one.

This is the surface that works when the daemon is running but no UI is to hand, and the one an operator reaches for after a script or an agent has left trees behind. Match the existing CLI's output shape (sessions.rs) rather than inventing a new one, and make reclaim refuse to run without an explicit target — no "reclaim everything" convenience.

Depends on: #80
