The TUI counterpart of the web project-picker rework: projects presented as their own selection with full paths, and worktrees as a second selection populated once a project is picked, with + new as the default.

Follow whatever the web issue settles — the layout differs in a terminal, but the steps, the ordering and the wording must match. A picker that works one way in the browser and another way in the TUI is the drift this project keeps paying for.

Depends on: the web project-picker issue.
