Miguel Palhas 5cdc6135f5 feat(maestro): match activity rail blink/flash to web timings ...

Replaces the tween/Reverse pulse with keyframe animations mirroring
web/src/components/sidebar/sidebar.css exactly: a hard 1200ms on/off
blink for AwaitingInput (steps(1), no crossfade) and a 1400ms
ease-out double-flash for Error.
