Miguel Palhas 268dbb328d feat(maestro): first-prompt hook behind haiku-autoname ...

Adds a UserPromptSubmit entry that forwards the hook payload verbatim to
/api/sessions/:id/prompt, gated by a haiku-autoname feature that the daemon,
the CLI and the umbrella binary all forward. With it off no hook points at
the route.
