Miguel Palhas 6635cff46e feat(maestro): preview the highlighted session in the TUI pane ...

The sidebar highlight now shows its session in the pane after a 120ms
debounce, attaching if nothing already is, without the tab taking it on
and without reporting focus to the daemon. Preview-only attaches stay
warm behind the current one, bounded at three.
