Miguel Palhas 7dcd131700 fix(maestro): isolate and widen the naming run
Skipping the operator's MCP servers, settings and hooks takes a measured
naming run from 12s to 7s, so the timeout is a margin rather than a race.

//! Naming a session after its first prompt (#131).
//!
//! A session spawned without a name carries one of the daemon's own handles,
//! marked [`NameSource::Generated`] — provisional, dimmed by both sidebars.
//! The first prompt an agent reports to `POST /api/sessions/:id/prompt`
//! replaces it with a name derived from that prompt, and the session settles
//! at [`NameSource::Haiku`]. Only the first prompt does this: a session names
//! itself once.
//!
//! The name is produced by running `claude -p --model haiku` on this machine —
//! the daemon has no API key, makes no outbound HTTP request, and reuses
//! whatever authentication the operator's own CLI already has. Everything here
//! is best-effort: a missing binary, a timeout, or an unusable answer leaves
//! the generated handle in place.
//!
//! The prompt is a user's own text, and it is handled as data throughout. It
//! goes to the child on stdin (never argv, where it would be visible in the
//! process table), it is never logged, and whatever comes back is reduced to
//! a short slug by [`clean`] rather than trusted as a name.
