They described the registry/peer-to-peer design and were kept only for their superseded banners. CLAUDE.md is the current reference. Repoints the doc comments that cited them, and fixes the maestro-web README, which still named MAESTRO_REGISTRY as the Vite proxy override (MAESTRO_DAEMON_URL since the refactor).
