naps62 0fa1a31489 fix: flattened repo layout under ~/tea ...

Repos moved from ~/tea/<org>/<repo> to ~/tea/<repo>, so the rev and
agent-skills unit paths no longer resolved. Also captures aoe schema keys
added on first run.
