Drops the stale skills/commands/CLAUDE.md from home/common/programs/claude in favour of the agent-skills flake, which is the maintained copy. The module keeps what agent-skills does not own: packages, statusline and settings.json. aoe's config.toml moves to home/yolo — it sets yolo_mode_default, which starts sessions with permission checks skipped.
