Operator request: drop the PROBE control from the rail. The board already polls health every 15 s; the manual re-check earns nothing. Remove the button and its wiring; the poll and the rtt readout stay.

Widened by the operator: also remove the footer rail entirely — the rtt readout and the "repolls every 15 s" note go with the button. The health poll itself stays.
