Operator decision, overriding the behaviour #86 landed: removing a torrent by hand in Transmission is human intent. Today the grab is marked vanished and the gap reopens, so the next tick re-grabs the same release — exactly what the operator was trying to stop.

New behaviour: on vanish, park the title instead of re-grabbing. Clear wanted (the leaf intent, §4.1) so nothing is pending; the title stays in the library and re-wanting it is one click. Surface the parked state honestly in the UI (the same place waivers show) so it does not look like a clean satisfied title. RSS must not re-grab it either — no wanted, no match target, which the §6.2 matcher already guarantees.

Blacklist stays untouched: the release never failed policy.
