GET /api/search returns library and tmdb arrays of movies only. DESIGN.md
§9.2 wants one box over both kinds, and names the TV case explicitly: the
in-library set matches episode titles too, so bluey hospital finds the
episode. There is no way to add a series through the product's own search at
all — only POST /api/series with a TMDB id already in hand.

  • In-library results include series by title, and episodes by episode title with
    their series and SxxEyy for context.
  • TMDB results include TV via search_series, which arr-meta already has.
  • A raw TMDB id resolves against both movie and TV.
  • The add flow accepts a series: root and policy pre-filled from the chosen
    root, plus the initial auto_track choice.

Keep the two result sets grouped and in-library first, as §9.2 specifies. The
response shape changes, so update the hand-written mirror in web/src/search.ts
in the same change to keep tsc honest — the browser side of this is #130.
