Four operator rulings from a hands-on pass contradict the design document as it
stands. Amend it first, so the issues that implement them are not implementing a
discrepancy.

Delete the overturned text rather than layering a note on top of it. The document
is the contract and has to read as one coherent statement afterwards.

§4.1 — turning a season's tracking off now withdraws that season's leaf intent.

The paragraph currently reads "Turning it off withdraws nothing: leaf intent is
never removed implicitly, so anything already marked wanted stays wanted until
cleared explicitly." That ruling is reversed. Turning tracking off clears wanted
on every episode of that season.

The reasoning behind the reversal: nothing in the product ever offered the
"explicit clear" the sentence promised, so untracking produced a state with no way
back — a series with every season untracked and every episode still wanted, sitting
permanently at incomplete. Toggling the flag is itself the explicit act.

Keep the surrounding rules intact. Season.tracked is still a rule rather than
intent, turning it on still marks every revealed episode wanted, and marking
individual episodes wanted on a season that was never tracked is still supported
and still untouched by anything else. Only the off-transition changes.

§9.2 — episodes and seasons never appear as unified search results.

The sentence added by #161, "An episode row surfaces only when the query matches
something beyond the series title", is withdrawn. Unified search returns titles:
series and movies, in library and on TMDB. Episode rows do not appear under any
query, and season rows are not introduced.

§9.x — the library is the homepage.

/ renders the library. The signal-chain diagram (tmdb, prowlarr, arr,
transmission with their lamps) becomes a section of the settings page and loses its
own route entirely. The master lamp stays on the rail, so the at-a-glance health
read survives the move.

§9.x — the wordmark is a link home.

arr on the rail navigates to /.

Non-goals: no change to §4.2's derived status table, and no data migration. A
season that is already untracked while its episodes are still wanted is existing
data this amendment does not retroactively rewrite.
