Four fixes to the season and episode rows on the series page (DESIGN.md §9.6),
all in web/src/main.ts's seasonRow / detailEpisodeRow and the
.season-* / .episode block in web/src/style.css.

Delete is not tinted. The trash glyph reads exactly like the search glyph
beside it, so the destructive control and the harmless one are
indistinguishable until read. Tint it --signal-fault, in armedDeleteIcon
itself (web/src/icons.ts:45) rather than per caller — that covers seasons,
episodes and the settings root and policy rows in one change. The armed
"confirm" state already has its own treatment; keep it distinct from the
resting tint.

The search button moves. The delete control is only appended when a season
has files (web/src/main.ts:3714), and it is appended after the search
button. So a season with files puts search one slot left of where a season
without files puts it, and the column of search buttons zigzags down the page.
Reserve the slot: render an inert, invisible placeholder occupying the delete
control's width when there is no delete to show, so search sits in the same
place on every row. Same problem and same fix on episode rows, where the
actions slot holds delete, or "unaired", or the want-plus-search pair.

Clicking a season row should expand it. Today only the chevron does, which
is a small target for the most common action on the page. Put the toggle on
.season-line, ignoring clicks that originate inside a control so the tracked
toggle, search and delete keep working. The chevron button stays as-is and
remains the accessible control — this adds a second way in, it does not replace
the first.

Season and episode rows do not respond to hover. Search result rows do:
.row-tmdb:hover lifts the background to --panel. Give .season-line and
.episode the same treatment, so a row under the pointer is visibly the row
the click will land on.
