Let the next attempt supersede a season's import failure #265

A season row shows import failed — size from two days ago while a newer
attempt is in flight, because season_import_failures
(crates/arr-api/src/series.rs:1676) picks the newest failed grab for any
season that still has wanted episodes with no files. It yields only when the
episodes gain files — never to a newer attempt.

The result on production today: season 7 of Rick and Morty reads as a
two-day-old size failure, and nothing anywhere says whether something is
happening now.

While a newer grab for that season exists and has not itself failed, the row
shows the attempt, not the failure. The failure comes back as the headline
only when nothing newer exists.

The failure is not deleted and not dismissible — it is the newest failed grab,
derived, and it stays derived. What changes is which fact outranks the other
when both are true.

Non-goals: an expiry window (a real unresolved failure must not go quiet on
its own, §9.5), and an acknowledge control.
