#264 put the download chip on the library row, the season row and the episode
row. The movie detail page paints its own chip strip
(crates-free, web/src/main.ts around the chipsEl.replaceChildren() in the
movie detail view) with the root, the media state and the waiver — and no
download chip. It is also absent from the repaintDownloads fan-out, which
today covers the library and the series view only.

The result is that a downloading movie shows a percentage in the library list
and nothing on the page you land on when you click it, which is the page you
open precisely to ask how it is going.

Add the chip to that strip with downloadChip("movie", movie.id), and give
the movie detail view a repaintDownloads the same shape as the library's —
repaint only while the view is visible.

§9.8's wording is "the row that owns the item"; the detail hero is the same
item, so the rule reads the same way there. Nothing about the API changes.

Found in the blitz integration review of blitz/download-visibility.
