Miguel PalhasandClaude Opus 4.6 60e57fde31 feat(web): collapse resolved approval rows
ci / web (push) Failing after 25s
ci / flake (push) Successful in 3m36s
ci / rust (push) Successful in 6m12s
Resolved permission boxes vanish from the transcript instead of
lingering as "answered" cards. When a turn has 2+ tools the resolved
approval is absorbed into the tool group as a compact italic line;
otherwise it is hidden entirely.

Miguel PalhasandClaude Opus 4.6 ed5a088299 feat(web): equal-width project cards, drop worktree counters
Project boxes now use a fixed two-column grid so every card is the
same width. The worktree count line is removed — the information
lives in the worktree picker that follows a project selection.
