#105 added Session::activity_detail and amended docs/SIDEBAR.md so line 2 reads <dot> <duration> [<detail>] [<blocked work> | exited] [<command>]. Neither client renders <detail>: #107 and #108 had already landed, and #105 only added the field to web/src/types.ts and to the Rust test fixtures.

So today an agent reporting Error with a message produces a red dot and a duration, and the message it took the trouble to send is dropped on the floor — which is the gap that made the field exist in the first place.

Render it in both sidebars, per the contract: immediately after the duration, in the muted style, present only while an agent-reported state is in force. Truncate it — the TUI sidebar is narrow and the web sidebar is a fixed column, and neither may let a long detail push the rest of the line out or wrap it.

The contract already settles the placement and the styling; this issue is the rendering only. Do not change the wire type or the endpoint.
