Blocks #143. submit_spawn discards the returned session view and attach re-reads the asynchronously updated catalog. Before SessionAdded arrives, the missing entry defaults to Terminal and opens a blank PTY connection that is never corrected. Pass the returned SessionView into attachment or reconcile the connection type when the catalog resolves. Add an end-to-end create-to-first-render regression test.
