The switch that turns the milestone on. Both spawn forms get a "structured view"
checkbox, off by default, sending view: Structured in CreateSessionRequest.

It lands last on purpose: nothing should be able to spawn a structured session from
the UI before there is something to render it with.

Show the control only when the resolved command is Claude Code — the only agent
with an adapter — and hide it otherwise rather than offering a choice that produces
a broken session. Add it under the same disclosure the existing advanced options
live in (web/src/spawnForm.ts, crates/maestro-tui/src/draft.rs).

Non-goal: flipping the default. Once the view has been lived in, that is a one-line
change and its own issue.
