Blocks #143. TUI marks every old line removed and every new line added, so unchanged lines appear changed. Web strips the final newline before comparison, hiding newline-only edits. Compute a real line diff in TUI and preserve EOF-newline state in web, with fixtures for unchanged lines and added/removed final newline.

Implementation plan:

  • Add bounded line-level diffing to the TUI and cover unchanged/insert/delete/replace/empty cases.
  • Preserve terminal-newline state and render missing-newline markers in web (and TUI for parity).
  • Run focused web/Rust checks, then the requested full build, typecheck, and clippy checks before pushing.
