Depends on: #241, #243

catalog.ts, tree.ts, activity.ts, projectList.ts → React components. Obey docs/SIDEBAR.md contract:

Two-line cards (name + meta)
Activity rail colours (Active=green, Idle=muted, AwaitingInput=yellow blink, Error=red flash)
Duration after 30s in current state
Diff stat notation (+ins -dels ?untracked ↑unpushed)
Keyboard walk (j/k), collapsed folder headers
Inline rename, context menu, sidebar search

Depends on: #241, #243 `catalog.ts`, `tree.ts`, `activity.ts`, `projectList.ts` → React components.
