Routes turn-done through the same updates_tx channel as notifications via a new AcpUpdate enum, so the event pump processes them in FIFO order. Previously finish_queued_acp_turn raced the event pump for the lock, causing turn-end to be persisted/broadcast before all notification chunks were processed — leading to a response backlog in structured sessions.
