Miguel Palhas abbd15a8b2 feat(maestro): TUI sidebar activity rail ...

Leads the existing indent gutter on both the name row and the meta
row with a one-column block glyph in the state's palette role,
replacing the meta line's inline dot. Folder headers gain a matching
blank column so labels stay aligned under session names.
