Miguel Palhas df9013ffdf merge: two-step worktree picker in the TUI draft ...

Keeps both #93 and #96 in the draft layout: the worktree toggle and body
stay behind the Advanced disclosure, while the worktree choice step
belongs to the directory picker (#95 rule 3) and stays visible once a
project is picked.

Closes #96
