Miguel Palhas d2079cac3a merge: e2e coverage for the whole worktree lifecycle ...

Resolves the e2e conflict in favour of #88's helper, rewritten as a
struct literal now that cleanup_on_kill is gone — #88 had built the
spec through serde_json to dodge the field, which cost compile-time
checking for no reason once the field no longer exists.

Closes #88
