seasons.vanished never reaches the API #141

#137 added seasons.vanished and the refresh writes it, but the flag stops at
the database. #122 did the other half for episodes: episodes.vanished is
returned by arr-api's series endpoints and shown in the SPA.

A season flagged vanished is one TMDB stopped listing while files still exist
under it — precisely the case needing a human, and currently invisible unless
you query SQLite directly.

Expose it on the season objects the series endpoints return, and surface it in
the series detail view (#129) the way the episode flag is surfaced.

Found by #137; the matching half of #122's API work.
