#122 reconciles episodes TMDB no longer lists. Whole seasons are not covered:
the refresh only walks the seasons TMDB currently returns, so a season deleted
upstream keeps every episode it had, wanted ones included. That is the exact
trap #122 closed one level down.

Apply the same two rules at season level:

  • A vanished season with no file on any of its episodes is deleted, cascading
    to its episodes and their episode_releases.
  • A vanished season with a file anywhere under it is kept and flagged, the way
    #122 flags an episode, so nothing can orphan media.

Season 0 needs care: TMDB sometimes drops and re-adds it, and #118 already keeps
it out of status, so churning it is noise rather than signal.
