Attention queue does not show its TV lanes #133

#126 added tv_no_pt_source and tv_needs_decision lanes to
GET /api/queues/attention, and extended the hand-written mirror in
web/src/queues.ts so tsc stays honest. Nothing renders them:
web/src/main.ts draws only the movie lanes, and attentionTotal counts
movies alone, so the badge under-reports and a series in the queue is invisible.

Per §9.5 the queue is the operator's only signal that a title needs a decision —
on the kids root §5.2 expects titles to sit there for months. A lane the UI does
not draw is the same as no notification.

Render both lanes alongside the movie ones, each entry naming the series and the
episodes or season that put it there, and fold them into the badge count.
