Attention queue names counts, not episodes #140

#126's queries return internal row ids in SeriesAttention.episodes and
.seasons, so #133 can only render counts — "2 episodes", "1 season". The
operator sees that a series needs a decision but not which part of it.

For a twenty-episode season that is the difference between an actionable queue
and a prompt to go hunting. §9.5 exists so the operator knows what to act on.

Return season_number and episode_number alongside the ids so the queue can
name them, and have the UI render S03E07 rather than a count.

Found by #133; last item in the attention-queue thread and pure polish on top of
working behaviour.
