Miguel Palhas e850ddff81 feat(arr): manual subtitle fetch and translate
The manual surface §9.3 describes, applied to subtitles (§15). It opens
inline under the file's own row and borrows the release deck's layout
language rather than inventing a second one: fixed-width chips lead, the
release name is secondary, eligible shows and rejected collapses to a
count naming the rule.

The translate lane takes any subtitle already on the file as a source,
including an extracted embedded track — the thing Bazarr cannot do — and
lists only the engines this binary was compiled with.

Miguel Palhas e684813d0c feat(arr): show subtitle chips on title detail
Per media file: a chip per present language (origin, forced/SDH, sync
flag, dashed for machine translation) and a chip per still-missing
wanted language naming why (§15, #201). Movie and series pages both
wire it in through the new status endpoints.

Miguel Palhas 1e03873209 feat(web): name the season deck's real state
An empty season deck was three truths wearing one message, and the one
it chose to blame was wrong: a season on the per-episode lane sat on
"sweeping indexers…" for the full wait and then blamed a backoff for a
pack search that was never going to run.

`GET /api/series/{id}/seasons/{n}/pack-state` says which lane the
season takes and why, from `season_grab_reason` in arr-core, plus the
failed-pack tally and when #181's window reopens. Seasons gain
`last_pack_search_at`, written only by a season-scoped sweep, so a
pack search that ran and found nothing is a settled answer rather than
a pending one.

The deck then says the true thing in each case, and a season held off
the pack lane by a failure offers the retry that waives its window.

Miguel Palhas 7c30928907 feat(web): series, season and episode removal
Series detail exposes DELETE /api/series/{id} through the movie
removePanel, generalised over endpoints and file rollup instead of
copied. Season headers and on-disk episode rows get the settings
armed-delete control wired to #174's file endpoints, worded for what
they do: files go, wanted clears, the row stays listed.

Search returns titles only (§9.2, amended): the episode branch of the
library query, its json_each token machinery, and the SPA's episode
row rendering are removed. Deep links to episode releases stay.

Miguel Palhas 7ef24088a5 feat(web): library homepage, chain in settings
Implements the §9.7 shell rulings (issue #173): "/" renders the library
and the board route is gone — every former board target (Esc, cleared
search, detail parent routes, the not-found fallback) lands on the
library. The signal chain moves into /settings as its first section,
lamps still driven by the health poll; the master lamp stays on the
rail. The wordmark is now a real anchor that navigates home.

Miguel Palhas 8a672c1dcf feat(web): tv deck sweeps on open when empty
Drop the standalone search button from season and episode rows; the
deck is the one control. An empty deck fires a targeted sweep on
open and reports progress in place; a deck with results never sweeps
on open. re-search inside the deck forces a fresh sweep.

Miguel Palhas fa5d876c09 chore(web): sync design.json to the state ramp
The token system still mirrored the pre-amendment palette and carried
the rule 'Don't colour complete green or incomplete amber', which now
contradicts DESIGN.md 4.2 and would have had the next session revert
the ramp. Drops the four --status-* tokens no rule consumes any more;
satisfaction reuses --signal-ok and a gap --signal-warn.

Committed by the blitz orchestrator: the authoring session wedged.

Miguel Palhas d1d6b4f9a0 feat(web): lamp-only header on the content width
Drops #master-verdict entirely - element, .rail-verdict rules and every
line that wrote into it. The lamp is the only header signal; the
unreachable detail moves onto the board's arr module so nothing is lost.
Rail contents move into .rail-inner capped at the deck's 68rem and
centred, leaving the panel full-bleed.

Committed by the blitz orchestrator: the authoring session wedged with
the work complete on disk and stopped accepting input.

Miguel Palhas 2dbb0f48f7 feat(web): state ramp on status and counts chips
Per amended DESIGN.md §4.2: green --signal-ok for on disk/complete,
amber --signal-warn for wanted-but-missing, violet --status-airing for
downloading, neutral for untracked and waiting. Stars go amber. Words
stay in every chip; verdict chips untouched.

Miguel Palhas 7d4ddb7331 refactor(web): drop cast from title detail
DESIGN.md §9.6 no longer carries cast (#163). Removes the cast
sections, the MetadataCastMember schema and field from both metadata
responses, and every .cast-* rule. arr-meta keeps CastMember and the
credits append; the TMDB call is unchanged.

Miguel Palhas 1a4394cf0d feat(web): one control geometry for buttons and chips
Buttons, chips, toggles and the search input converge on --control-h
2rem with --text-xs shared, and .control becomes an inline-flex so
anchor text centres in the title-detail action bar. Chip colour is
untouched (#165 owns it). Verified in agent-browser at 1440px, 46rem
and 40rem; the release deck keeps its column widths and does not
scroll horizontally.

episodes take their series' art. GET /api/movies and /api/series gain
the same two fields for the #151 grid. Mirrors in web updated.

Miguel Palhas 043ebffa1c feat(web): series and episodes in unified search
In-library hits now read as whatever they are: movies open the release
deck as before, series hits render display-only until issue 129's detail
view gives them a link target, and an episode hit reads as its series
plus SxxEyy plus the episode title. TMDB results show TV alongside film,
and the add panel filters roots by kind; a series adds the one §4.1
add-time choice, auto_track, stated plainly: future seasons are tracked
automatically, past seasons are not.

Own route beside library and queues. Roots edit kind, audience, path
and their policy; policies get a form over the real fields — size
bands as number inputs, score and source weights as numbers,
resolution preference and audio/HDR rules as validated lists. Delete
arms before firing; a 409 from a referenced policy or occupied root
surfaces its message.

Drop the delete_files choice: removing a movie now always unlinks

confirmation panel — the confirmation itself stays. Path-safety and
torrent-untouched behaviour are unchanged.

`DELETE /api/movies/{id}` took the row and left the files, and no
surface exposed it. It now accepts `delete_files`, which unlinks the
title's §7.4 folder — atomic, so sidecars go with the feature. Targets
come from `media_files`, never from re-deriving the folder name, and a
path outside its root is never touched. The torrent is untouched (§7.3):
it keeps seeding and the reaper owns it.

The release deck grows a quiet REMOVE control opening one inline
confirmation: file count, size and folder first, then a delete-files
toggle that starts off, then what the choice costs.
